Stock grows faster than the building. Once the warehouse is full, an extra unit on your own site is usually arranged faster than a larger rented location.
Renting or buying
Renting makes sense while the need is temporary. As soon as the same space is needed for three years or more — or keeps coming back — the sum changes. A unit you buy stays yours, moves with you and keeps residual value. We do not rent out; we supply units you keep.
Shipping container or demountable container
A shipping container is a monoblock: heavy, strong, and you need a crane to place it and to move it. A demountable container arrives flat and is built where it stands. That is the difference that matters on a site with a narrow entrance, a tight yard or ground a crane cannot reach.
Dry and lockable
Steel wall and roof panels with a gutter system along the edge, a floor that takes material, and proper locks on the doors. Steel does not ask for the yearly maintenance a wooden shed does.
Moving and stacking
The units have forklift pockets in the base frame, so you can reposition them while assembled. Lifting lugs for crane transport are available as an option. Packed flat they stack, which saves on transport and on storing the units themselves.
Permits: what applies?
For a unit on business premises, the municipality's omgevingsplan (local environment plan) applies. It sets whether you may build on that spot, how high, and how close to the boundary. Temporary structures that belong to an ongoing building project fall under lighter rules than a unit that stays put. What applies in your case depends on the plot and on how long the unit will stand there.
